AAA found that it needed services that went beyond simply sending customers to dealers with a pre-negotiated price for a new vehicle. With the constantly changing demand for vehicles as wells for rebates, a more flexible and customized solution was also needed to provide AAA members with the service they expect from the AAA brand.
